Choosing comfortable women shoes
November 24, 2010
When women go out and look for shoes, they generally think style over comfort level. When going out in the evening, you want your shoes to be comfortable as well as look good for your own sake. There worst thing you that could happen is coming home, and finding all these blisters all over your feet, because the shoe didn’t sit well with your feet. These are some ideas to help you pick out the comfortable show.
If you are aware that you are going to wear your women shoes for more than a few hours, avoid shoes that have straps on them, especially the ones that have straps that run at the front of your foot. Women shoes, that have straps seem to give women cuts or blisters on their feet, within a few hours after they wear them. This is also regardless of wearing a bandage underneath your strap, if you do, the strap will most likely bunch up.
Have a look at the material of the shoe, as this will help you decide if they will be comfortable or not. If the straps of the shoes or the edge of your shoe is a rough material, then your feet will most likely be uncomfortable. These will give your feet blisters to your heel, especially at the heel of your shoe.
If you are deciding to wear shoes that have a pointed front, then check and see if your feet will have room inside them. If you feet a squashed together, you wont be able to walk and you will be in a lot of pain because of it. Your toes needs to be flat at the front, and not bunched up together, allow your feet to have the required room that it needs.
Ensure that your heel is at a comfortable height, as you will need to walk in them. You can always chose a heel that has a wider heel, rather than one that is tall or skinny, as the wider heel maybe of better comfort to you.
The most important point to remember of all, is try before you buy. Walk around the shop, to test how they feel. Wearing your shoes or trying them on will help you decide if they are comfortable or not.
If you need to ask the shop assistance for help, that is what they are there for. So, what ever questions you have it is always better, to ask so you are not left wondering later on.
