When you have an extreme amount of perspiration in your feet, it can cause shoe odor, in your pair of women or men shoes. As moisture that comes from perspiration, is a great place for bacteria or yeast to form within your shoes and which can cause it to smell. Before, you wear your women shoes remove the baking soda. This will maintain the smell of the odor that is coming from the shoe.

Try spraying the shoe with a shoe deodorant spray. This helps with the smell and contains it just like normal deodorant sprays. This deodorant spray needs to completely dry, before you decide to wear the shoes again, otherwise you will get a wet foot if you don’t.

Another choice of option, is to buy some odor neutralizing insoles that are for your shoes. You can place them in your shoes, on a regular basis and these insoles have to be replaced once a month.
